The Aquatic Belt is an item added by the Adventurer's Amulets mod and can be used to fill up the belt slot in Baubles.
Once crafted, the Aquatic Belt will need to be charged.
Aquatic items will gain charge from being in the water. If you just stand in 1 block of water or more, your items will start to gain charge.
The Aquatic Belt will allow the player to see underwater whenever the player is standing or swimming in water. A secondary ability of the belt is to hop on top of water.

"The Aquatic Belt will give you the ability to see underwater by applying the Night Vision buff to whenever you are standing/swimming in water. As if you weren't god-like enough already, the Belt's secondary ability gives you the ability to walk on water. Yes. Walk. Okay, fine! You can hop on water! Just run up to the water and you will hop along it just as the tide engulfs the shore." - Page 28/57
