The CESU is the second tier of energy storage block in IndustrialCraft2 Experimental and was introduced in Minecraft 1.6. It stores up to 300,000 EU which can be accepted by its five input sides at up to medium voltage (128 EU/t). The output side is marked with an orange dot and delivers energy in packets of 128 EU/t and can be relocated by right-clicking one of the input faces with either a Wrench, Electric Wrench or an OmniWrench.
Unlike many other machines, the CESU will not break when removed with a pickaxe. It is also possible to use a wrench by right-clicking the output face (or sneak+right-clicking the side opposite of the output). However, only 80% of the previously stored amount of EU will be retained in the CESU, no matter what technique is used.
The CESU will also accept a redstone input from any side or emit a redstone signal depending on several variables. The action taken can be changed by clicking the redstone dust button in the top right corner of the GUI. The GUI has two more slots, where the top one is used for charging items from the CESU's EU storage and the bottom one discharges items into the block's EU storage.
