Crystal Binder is a tool item added by the Draconic Evolution mod. It is used to manage the connections of the mod's Energy Net, as well as visually display them to the player. The tool has 4 settings, the player can switch between the settings by crouching and right-clicking:

• Mode Change: With this setting Energy Transceivers and Advanced Energy Transceiver can be switched between input and output mode by right-clicking them with the Crystal Binder.
• Bind: This settings allows a player to bind together two components of the Energy Net. It can also be used to couple a Wireless Energy Transceiver or an Advanced Wireless Transceiver with a device which is able to consume or produce Redstone Flux energy. This is achieved by right-clicking both devices in sequence, after which a connection is established. Note that the wireless connections are not visually portrayed.
• Un-Bind: With this setting, a player can break the connection established between two devices by right-clicking them in sequence.
• Un-Bind All: This setting is able to break the connections from one device to every other device linked to it. This is done by right-clicking a component of the Energy Net. It will not work on other devices linked to Wireless Transceivers.

The Crystal Binder can also be used to rotate blocks. By clicking the top of the block, it will rotate until it is facing the player. If the player is standing on top of the block, it can be rotated indefinitely.
