The Creative Coolant Port is a part that can be put on a multi-block reactor in the Big Reactors mod.

As the name suggests this block can only be spawned in using creative mode. When used in a reactor it will supply the reactor with all the coolant it requires to function. If you right click the block it changes the mode and it will instead suck all the coolant out of the reactor. Like the normal Reactor Coolant Port putting this on a reactor will change the reactor from energy production to steam production.

This block is obviously meant for testing steam reactor designs as it allows you to set up various reactors without having to mess about with water pumping systems for each one.
