"Rotten Heart. Do Not Eat"
The Rotten heart is an item from the Hardcore Questing Mode mod obtained from reward bags as a "Not-so-good" reward and is designed to punish players who take the reward bags and heart items for granted. When right-clicked, it decreases one life from the player/team, depending on how the configurations are set. It also says to the player:
"Why did you eat a rotten heart?
You just lost a life. You have x live(s) left"
