Warpwood Rod is an item added by the Tainted Magic mod. Wands made from this wand core can hold up to 250 Vis of all types, also this wands will recharge themselves depending on the player's current Warp level. While the player has Warp Ward buff on, the recharging properties of such wands will be negated.

"Ever since you discovered Warpwood, you have wondered if it would be possible to forge this wood into a wand. The Primordial Pearl has given you the answer to this question.
Since this is Warpwood we're speaking of, you think it's only logical to use a Zombie Brain as a conduit for the corrupt energies. Using the power of the Primordial Pearl as the core of this rod, the power is incomparable.
The wood is perfect for wandcraft. Warpwood has a high density meaning it's capable of storing huge amounts of vis - 250 of each, that is.
It would also seem that the user's warped energy has a sort of... reaction with the organic warp levels from within the rod. It would seem that as this reaction between the two energies happens, vis is created as a byproduct and is stored within your wand. The more warp you amass, the greater the reactivity.
Seeing as it wards off all warp, The Warp Ward buff seems to negate the reaction completely.
